R Jabbour & Sons is secured by SSL encryption and Authorize.net Payment Gateway. It is our policy to handle your credit card information and personal data with the highest standards of safety, security features, and confidentiality.
We will never sell or exchange any of your personal information with third parties. We keep confidential any information entered during ordering and registration.
Online customers will receive an order confirmation email and all in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be notified of all back ordered items via email, and we will keep you informed of your order status.
R Jabbour & Sons ships via UPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All orders must be received by 1:00 P.M. EST to ensure delivery same business day. Shipping charges are applied as written below to orders in the 48 Contiguous United States:

UPS does not guarantee delivery for 3rd Day Air, it may take 4 days.
Additional delivery charges will be applied to all shipments outside of the contiguous United States. These charges are done on a case-by-case basis depending on the weight of the order and the country the package is being delivered to. All applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to the daily fluctuation of import fees, brokerage charges and government taxes, quotations for such costs must be handled through your local Customs office. Due to international billing information verification, order processing can take up to 14 business days.
*Shipment of oversized and heavy items, i.e. certain large comforters and pillows etc. WILL cost more than amount in table above.
**Receive FREE Shipping via UPS Ground only, on orders over $200.00 within the 48 contiguous United States. However, please note: additional charges may apply to certain large comforters and pillows etc.
Jabbour Linens wants you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from Jabbourlinens.com. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving them for a store credit, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The items must be returned in original condition (as received out of box), in original packaging, and will all necessary paperwork, including receipt. No laundered items will be accepted and items with animal hair will also not be accepted. No items will be accepted for store credit after 10 days and all sale items, custom, and monogram orders are final purchase. All store credits must be redeemed one year from date of issue. Please call or email before returning an item.
In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging and in its original condition, labels must still be attached. It must come back in shelf ready condition. Laundered items or items with animal hair will not be accepted. If we receive returns that do not comply with our policy, they will be sent back to you with no credit issued or we will charge a 25% restocking fee to try to fix the problem the best way we can. This decision is based on our company and the manufacturer’s judgment. You will also incur a shipping charge from us to return the merchandise. Items on sale are considered clearance items, and are non-refundable. There are no returns or exchanges on items 10 days after purchased. You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned products. You will be refunded all costs (including shipping) if the return is a result of a manufacturer error.
No returns or exchanges accepted for custom items such as Monograms. If orders are canceled before monogramming begins there will be a charge to stop production.
Please note for all items being exchanged, you will be required to pay a flat fee for re-shipping orders. Shipping rates below:
$500.00 or less – $15.00 flat shipping rate
$500.00 or more – $25.00 flat shipping rate
If you would like to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 516-674-9526 for a Return Authorization Number. Please put the RAN in the box with the merchandise. Ship your return PREPAID AND INSURED for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier (e.g. UPS or FEDEX). If you ship via United States Postal Service, we recommend that you request a receipt signature. We also recommend that you insure the package for the full purchase price. Jabbourlinens.com will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged without insurance. Please include your name and order number in the package. We will not be responsible for items you return directly to the manufacturer and it will incur a 20% restocking fee if you do.
